WHY THIS MODEL
Large and complex attics can require substantially more airflow than a compact attic. The 70W model is designed for these demanding applications and for roof configurations where two smaller fans may not fit properly.
Its adjustable 70-watt solar panel powers a variable-speed 24-volt brushless motor capable of producing up to 3,850 CFM under appropriate operating conditions.
The adjustable panel lets the installer orient the solar collector toward stronger sunlight while selecting a location that supports effective attic airflow.

INSTALLATION MATTERS
If soffit vents are blocked, undersized or covered by insulation, the fan may not move its rated volume of air. Increasing exhaust capacity without addressing intake restrictions does not create a balanced ventilation system.
MODEL SELECTION
The 70W model is particularly useful when:
The attic is too large for one 25W or 30W fan.
Two smaller roof-mounted fans will not fit.
The roof has a suitable centralized installation location.
Strong solar exposure is available.
The attic has enough intake ventilation to support higher airflow.
